Dreams and Pink Glitter Fries
I have a secret, and it's not really a secret at all: I'm a dreamer. I have dreams of building a business, or maybe a few. When I share this with people, I usually get a funny look. A lot of the time they're wondering which dream I'll pursue, but my dreams don't always connect. One moment I’m dreaming of Pink Glitter Fries, a silly food venture that's all about fun and sparkle, and the next I'm focused on a business idea that's a bit more serious.
My biggest dream is to start a nursing home company. I want to create a place that truly cares for its residents, not just their physical needs but their emotional and social ones, too. I envision a place where the staff is valued, where they feel supported and seen. I believe that a happy, well-cared-for staff is the key to providing the best care for residents. It's a big, serious dream, but it's one I'm passionate about.
But then I also have my creative dreams. I spend my days writing, creating stories that transport me and hopefully others to different worlds. I also love to create music and design products. I've been working on some ideas for both, and I can't wait to share them with you.
So, what’s the point of all this? Am I just going to hop from one idea to the next without a clear path? Maybe. But I think there's a common thread that weaves all my dreams together. Whether it's the fun of Pink Glitter Fries, the compassion of a nursing home, the creativity of writing and music, or the problem-solving of product design, they all come from a desire to build, to create, and to share something meaningful with the world.
This blog is where I'll be sharing all of my adventures, the big ideas and the small ones. I'll be sharing my progress and my setbacks, and I hope you'll join me on this journey. I have a feeling it's going to be a fun, glittery, and maybe even a little crazy ride.
